do i need evga precision x if im not overclocking

You can overclock fresh rate and pixel clock. Ok so my situation is I recently started to overclock my CPU and then went to do my Graphics card with precision x oc. Evga percision was made to overclock nvidia cards but they have added a new feature to overclock your monitor.
